I understand the difference. I copy the files to the memory card, paste them into the navigator, and turn them on. And nothing happens.
After trying to download maps, it says that the maps are damaged.
Thank you my friend for trying to help me. I did it anyway, using IMG CHECKS PATCHER + UPDATER. Now the cards work.

Hi

could anyone please provide "Oregon7xx_WebUpdater__590_JNX_Patched.rar" ?
The old link I found did not work anymore and I want to update my long time unused Oregon 750t to newest firmware while still using my existing maps.

Just saw some minutes ago, there should or could also be "Oregon7xx_WebUpdater__600_JNX_Patched.rar", both versions would be great.

Hello Guys,

and Happy New Year everyone.

I need help. I have a Garmin Dezle 580, software ver.4.30.
I'm trying to install new map, but whatever I try I receive an error: map corrupted.
Currently I have only North America, and I'd like to install the european maps.
I use sd card, formated as fat32, D3084300A.jcv, gmapsup1.img, and different combination of the folder structure:
Garmin , Garmin/JCV... also Garmin and JCV in root folder, also Garmin and MAP in root folder, but none of them worked.
My guess is that I may have to unlock the device, but couldn't find any info about it.
Your help will be highly appreciated.

I moved your post to the thread that can help you Patch your dēzl 580 to enable it to use unlocked maps.
Confirm your HWIDby looking in your garmindevice.xml as per the previous posts in this thread.

Hi everybody, firth I want to say thanks to give me opportunity to go everywhere (map, option,advise) with my gps with your forum. unfortunately I think Garmin close the possibility to put new map from pirate download, because with the new firmware on my Montana 700i it's impossible to read the map!!! I have wrong message when I with on the gps!! But I can read normally on base camp.... message on the screen Montana 700i is : impossible to authenticate the map please contact seller.... If someone help ? Thank's

It does not require Patching to use unlocked maps
dezl 560 | 1269 | 390 | MAP: Yes | GMA: Yes | MSV: ------ | GVS: Yes | File: dezl560_GCDfile__390.gcd
Legend:

MAP: Yes - it verifies the presence of a valid unlock code, to unlock an .img you can simply use JetMouse keygen.
GMA: Yes - it verifies the FID limit (2200) and the presence of a valid *.gma, to unlock an .img you enough to use the old gimgunlock-0.03 (without MapSigPatch) or one of its derivative.
MSV: Weak - it verifies the validity of map signatures in a simple way, you can unlock an .img using gimgunlock-0.04 (without patching your firmware), but in case of Unicode maps (CP65001) you must modify the CP value.
MSV: Strong - it verifies the validity of map signatures more complicated way, in this case you need to patch your firmware and unlock an .img using any correct unlocker.
GVS: Yes - it verifies the validity of firmware signatures, you have to use Updater.exe to install the patched firmware for the first time.
