Unfortunately it looks like there is only the B291000.update, no GUPDATE.GCD for this Patcher to fix.
Looks like an android device with the software update at 357 MB (374,745,917 bytes)

I flashed to device like a guide but now, pc detected to device only MTP mode, no graphic no text again.

Edit: I enter preboot mode again and my device like this;

Or is there a way to install version 16.10
