If you are talking about changing the frequency ,it looks like each countries model has a different part number which suggest a hardware difference not Firmware

Link is okee.
I opened the rgn-file in RGN_Tool and loaded the eesti.bin. 2 problems: no region code in the bin and also no section number. I saved it to a new rgn-file and read it with Garpatch. No eesti-language in the file.
Where do you have the eesti.bin from?

A simple search of this thread found what you are looking for.
post175514.html?hilit=2586#p175514

It is very important that you confirm your device HWID is 2586 by looking at your garmindevice.xml in your Garmin folder
<PartNumber>006-B2586-00</PartNumber>
<SoftwareVersion>620</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>Drive 51</Description>

Seems like you have another device ?

The white screen of death is well known........unfortunately :022:
Try this to get your PC to see the device.

Hey I'm new and I got a short question.

I got a Montana 610 with current FW. The List tells me my HWID is 2299 and so does the garmindevice.xml, but I can't seem to find the FW in the FW_list. Is there no way to patch it? I'm also on mac. Is there even a way to use the patcher?

Thank you for your work! The only issue left is that i can't use the WebUpdater since it hasn't been updated for OS Catalina yet and it does not support 34-Bit anymore. Guess I have to wait and see or find a PC which I could use?

You can try using an SD card to Patch.
Be sure to remove & Back up All BirdEyes images (JNX files) currently present on
your device before applying the Patch
BirdEyes images can be restored AFTER flashing new firmware

Download & copy patched GCD file to SD card as Garmin\GUPDATE.GCD
Turn on device and enter "Yes" when prompted to install new software
