Sorry, i'm new touching files of GPS
i have downloaded the file GUPDATE_Patched_JNX.GCD. how do I install it in my device please?
i have to copi the file into a empty SD card and turn on the device?
i have to edit the file GarminDevice.xml?

After patching / updating my EU Drive 51 hwid 2586 to fw 6.82, it somehow no longer support Parkopedia (Parkingmaps) :022:
Was running 6.71 from firefox58 fine with Parkingmaps in GarminDevice.xml and in map folder.
Updated to 6.80 with GE together with maps etc (2026.10), then installed 6.82 sd patch from this thread.
Today I updated maps with GE and found no new Parkopedia map,
last one I got was with 2025.20 EU maps (unl and gma files still in map folder) ?
Now I tried downgrade to original 6.80 clear nonvol, still no Parkingmaps in GarminDevice.xml
Install 6.82 patch again clear nonvol, still no joy :022:

I have another identical EU Drive 51 hwid 2586 with same 6.82 patch, this one gets Parkopedia map from GE,
and has Parkingmaps in GarminDevice.xml

Still have BUP_154.bin from when installing 6.71 from firefox58, maybe this file could be helpfull ?
Any help getting Parkingmaps support back appreciated.
Tried to flash my old BUP_154.bin, still no Parkingmaps :022:

Had the same thing recently, I just used a clone of the device on an SD card and downloaded the 3 files and copied them over manually. D6559280A.img D6559280A.unl,D6559280A.gma

Thanks, but problem is Parkingmaps are no longer supported in GarminDevice.xml
and as a result GE won't download img, gma and unl files for this device.
So you want me to make fake GarminDevice.xml with Parkingmaps on sd card,
and download files manually each time the maps are updated ?
Any chance to somehow enable the feature again,
in order for device to make new GarminDevice.xml with Parkingmaps ?
Edit :
You are right, I cloned GarminDevice.xml with my working device,
DL Parkingmap files to usb and after install manually and restart device,
Parkingmaps again appear in GarminDevice.xml :041:
Hopefully will still be there when next mapupdate is released.
Thanks a lot for your help, I learned something new today,
and not to solve things the most complicated way first :024: :lol:

Yes that is the correct Patch for your HWID 4333.

Extract ,then with your device plugged into your PC you drag-and-drop GUPDATE_Patched_JNX.GCD onto the WebUpdater icon on your desktop.
The Firmware will be flashed on Device
Warning:
Be sure to remove & back up All BirdEye images (JNX files) already present on device before apply the Patch
BirdEye images can be restored after patch is applied.
