Hello!
I would like to ask for help, I have a Garmin navi with HWID 2586. I downloaded the fw6.20 patched fw. The machine enters Loader mode, the installer creates the bin file, but "Map unlocking failed" still appears. What am I doing wrong, or did I download the wrong SD card version? What maps, maybe they are not unlocked please use the Thumbs Up button if from here

I have echoMAP 42dv with SoftwareVersion 2.30. Is it protected? I would like to update to the latest version 4.10. Would it be possible to patch it?

Thanks. So echoMAPwithSDCard_2017.05.04 has the last update from version 3.80 to 4.10 (May 4, 2017)?
Downloaded echoMAPwithSDCard_2025.03.31 and it includes 4.10, so okey to use?

So, in order to access the file Astro430_Alpha50_350_Patched_JNX.rar, I would need to use the link you sent above, right? However, I'm getting a 404 error when I try to access the link. Also, if I put the Astro430_Alpha50_350_Patched_JNX.gcd file directly on the device without using the WebUpdater, would it still work?

I would also need it for an Alpha 100 device with HWID 1562. Would you be able to help me with that as well? Thank you for your support.

Hi, my Garmin DriveSmart 86 GPS is stuck on the screen. I can't connect it to the PS. Is there a way to boot it from an SD card to reset it? <PartNumber>006-B3817-00</PartNumber>

These newer devices firmware is not like the previous ones. You may have to return it to Garmin

Thanks for the help with the astro 430 file but the file for alpha 100 (HWID 1562) that I had downloaded is not working, is there something I could be doing wrong or is there a new file ?
My Win Rar is on the most updated version
I'm putting the file directly on the GPS, is that the right way to do it? I had a file that worked like this but I had a problem with my computer's hard drive and lost it.

Why not just use Webupdater. If you are putting it directly on the device did you change the name to GUPDATE.GCD

I install maps remotely sometimes, it's easier if I don't have to install the web updater on the person's computer every time, I changed the file name to gupdate and it worked, thanks
Eu instalo mapas á distância as vezes, fica mais fácil se eu não precisar instalar o web updater no computador da pessoa toda vez, mudei o nome do arquivo para gupdate e deu certo, obrigado
