Universal Firmware Patcher for Protected Garmin Devices

Hi all
hope you had a great christmas. I have downloaded the files and have managed to unlock them and i have put the images files on a micro sd and in basecamp i can see all the OS maps, The problem is when i put them in the Garmin Montana 700 the device boots up saying unable to authenticate maps please contact the supplier. Anyone got any ideas?

You must patch your 700 to see these maps.

You must patch your 700 to see these maps.

Is there somewhere i can find out how to do this and what the risks might be ?

I just searched and it looks like the Montana 700 is not patchable. you will not be able to read these Map.

Firefox write :
Garmin DriveSmart 55 is NOT Patchable as it has Encrypted Firmaware
We have said it over and over again about 1000 times.
Equally, the following are NOT Patchable too:
- Garmin Drivesmart 65, 66
- Garmin Zumo XT
- Garmin Alpha 200
- Garmin Montana 700
- Garmin Edge 830
- Garmin feniX 6

Hi I've just bought a second hand Nuvi 58lm ,and having previously patched my drivesmart I am wanting to do the same to the Nuvi.
I am fairly sure the HWID is 2087 I have tried to find the patch kit file on here ,but no luck.

Here is my problem ....again

I have a zumo XT
I use basecamp
I have manage to install a map (UK & Ireland) in basecamp and unlock it , so far that work fine
I use mapinstall to install the map to the GPS it goes fine

When I turn On the GPS it says map corrupt

What i'm doing wrong
