dezl lgv700 mt-s no boot

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my Garmin. The device does not turn on properly. The Garmin logo and a progress bar appear, and it does not go any further.
I have tried installing Garmin Express, but it does not recognise the device. It goes into ‘recovery’ mode, but I cannot get it to work.
Any advice?
