Convert mbtiles file to Garmin img file

I have the whole of UK OS25k maps in mbtiles format but they can't be read by Garmin devices.

Does anyone know of a way to convert mbtiles files to Garmin img files?

ERDAS IMAGINE File Format (IMG) are not the same as [Please Register or Login to download file]
