Navigon 7100 Firmware

I received a Navigon 7100 as a present from a visitor from Germany.
However it has no SD card, Thus no software.

PC does not recognize the device.

I have a SD card that is blank.

Can anything be done to get this going?

I did not have success. GPS still asking for SD card to be inserted although it is.
Can also not open file on my 64 bit PC.
Will keep on trying

I have changed the file in post 2 so give it another try
