1. Added 2D compass on map (except 2D North Up Overview mode).
2. Fixed aligment of compass on map.
3. 800x480: fixed TMC event list aligment.
4. 800x480: fixed "Follow Arrival Time" information and "Reset"
button in the Destination Menu (tap to the Trip Information
button). Feature introduced in the GJA v1.11 and since this
time this feature didn't correctly work on 800x480 skin :)
