hi,can somebody help me for a link for download gjak 1.8 and decent4.2 skin for igo 9.6.5.278914,and a working speed camera 2014 update? thanks!!

Latest speedcams files can be found on the "Language files, voices, speedcams" section.
About the skins, did you check the skins available here? If they do not fit your version, you will get the specific versions only if someone shares them.
