Trying to add TTS to IGo Primo 9.6.13.267029

Hello all,
I have found this site to be very useful and informative.
I already have Igo Primo 2.4 (9.6.13.267029). I am trying to install TTS Pro as it is greyed out.
Do I have to download English only Primo 2.4 with TTS or iGo-Primo 2.4 9.6.13 Complete?
Please help and provide steps or provide links.
Any help is really appreciated.

Map works fine with just No TTS.
I understand I would be needing TTS voice.zip + TTS engine + .dll files and instructions where to put them.
Is there any sys.txt modification required?
