Ok, so lets start from the beginning...

i have now once again formated the SD card and downloaded your version...

please look at your email and i send you the pictures...

For those following this thread, we think that we identified the root cause... He can no longer see the SD Card reader at all from within WindowsCE - which would explain why the original SD card quit working as well....

He's now trying to copy iGo to internal memory to see if he can get it running from there...
