Naviextras Toolkit cannot recognize my device

I have a Jensen VX7020 but I cannot get Naviextras Toolkit to recognize it. When I bought it brand new I was able to update the maps without any problems. But now it's been nearly 2 years and somehow it can't be recognized. Is there any way to force recognition? I bought some new maps on the website before plugging in the device since I didn't expect any problems, and now I can't even put them on this device. Is there some other way to get my maps from Naviextras? Perhaps I can download software for another iGo device and get the maps downloaded that way? What other iGo devices are available for easy download onto an SD card? Thanks!
