What version of Primo are you using (full name, full number)? Where is your program from (link to the thread).
What version of maps is used (HERE/TomTom, YYYY.MM)?

No additional license is required. That's why 2.4 is better than NG.

You didn't answer the most important question, where did you got this version (thread/post)?
I'm asking this because the version I know, does not have any license issue with this, nor other, map...
