I use a IGO Primo software.

What version of Primo are you using (full name, full number)? Where is your program from (link to the thread).
What version of maps is used (HERE/TomTom, YYYY.MM)?
No help by PM, post your questions on the relevant forum and thread only!

Here 2015.Q3 North America

No additional license is required. That's why 2.4 is better than NG.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

You didn't answer the most important question, where did you got this version (thread/post)?
I'm asking this because the version I know, does not have any license issue with this, nor other, map...
HINT: Try this version.
