JUNSUN D100 heeelp

hi folks

i am struggling with the 7 inches D100 junsun navigation, it has the IGo9 primo, when i try to start it I get screen resolution 800_480 not supported or not installed skin.
i tried a lot of solutions but no luck, including sys file editor, tried several settings of the RAW Display section also no luck.
is there a newer version of the program "mine is 2017" Wince, because the directory is a little bit missy .

try to change the .branding or remove it,or some skins from ux,if not change with another igo kit for wince
