Hello, first post and hoping to get a bit of help, I purchased this chinese GPS / DVD and so on what is weird is where is WI. I have been arguing with the seller to fix this problem and one of the selling points was 1. Price and 2. lifetime upgrade I have no idea what kind of unit this is but when I turn it on the screen says Mediatex and the GPS is iGO all the seller wants to do is give me $21.00 credit and I keep the gps, all I want is for it to work but from reading forums it appears to be a lot of work to download the program.

If it's a chinese unit, probably you don't have to replace the program (cracked), just to add the map and other files to the right folders.
