Error message pops up - then restarts

I bought a car monitor for my car 1 month ago with IGO Primo installed. Now I have started to get the error message on the picture below and then the entire monitor restarts. Any ideas what it is and why I get?

That is a device related thing. When you bought it new, you have warranty.
Maybe send the picture to the seller and ask him?
