English only Primo 2.4

hi all new to forum got nx501e with updated unit software ie 3 updates from clarion but I have no sd card or files that came on sd card can I get my sat nav to work again with igo?

Do I have to download English only Primo 2.4 with TTS or iGo-Primo 2.4 9.6.13 Complete?
I already have Igo Primo 2.4 (9.6.13.267029). I am trying to install TTS Pro as it is greyed out.
Please help or provide links.
Any help is really appreciated.

it works.
I put these gps line into the sys.txt
I don't know of it was needed , but my chinees use another gps port.
[gps]
port=1
baudrate=38400
protocol=nmea

second there was a error.
failed to open Shopping_NQ_K-1 spr

I deleted the branding.zip file's and select only this line back.
branding.ini
error was gone , unit starts up.

ps, I am using the primo 5AUG2013 now.

Okay really like how sleek this build is but... I am having a problem. I am using these maps http://www.navitotal.com/maps-buildings-dem-poi-f82/north-america-here-2015-t18304.html

But I can't get any Canada poi to show up. I tried replacing the global_cfg.zip with a 2015 file and then a 2016. After that, primo would crash on launch. What am I doing wrong?

Yeah I am new to this, so sorry.

Sounds like the Canada poi file was corrupted in the download. Try doing another download of Canada. Also make sure that you do NOT unzip the global_cfg. You can also try deleting or renaming the save folder.
