How can i create POI'S ???

I have a 3310 max and I want to create poi's , speed camera's etc.
I have found poi's and etc. but it is a form .csv but my own 3310 max poi's is in the form .nfs or .pom
How can I move on my own 3310 max

Convert it to the desired files..try poieditor.com
