Service Menu on NG4 (Navidrive 3D/WipCom 3D)

Hi there,

I was wondering if any of you would happen to know the code to access the service menu on the NG4 unit.

My dealer was showing me some options on my unit, and accessed a service menu on the unit via key code, but would not allow me the code (I understand why)

I am having problems trying to get the Rick Areas active in my unit and was hoping someone might know the way to access this menu, so I can have a poke around and see if I can get to the bottom of the issue?

Hi there,

Updating risk areas don't need access to service menu.
If they don't show up, you can activate them from POI menu, personal POI's.
If that stays greyed out, your update went wrong.
Use compatible update and use FAT or FAT32 USB stick.

Try these for service menu, but for your problem there is no solutions in there:

For resetting the device press buttons 1, 3 and 5 together at the same time and wait for a beep sound.
You can also enter the full diagnostic menu by short pressing the setup button, then pressing 1,2 and 3 together.

Hello,

Does anybody know how to delete maps on NG4. Here is the situation:

I have updated to 2021, but this map update has only main road for Bosnia and Herzegovina. Now, I need to downgrade to 2018 maps with full coverage for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

When I try to do this 2018 update, it doesn allow bcs I have new maps installed.
