RT5 to RT6

Hello!
I have a C5 from 07-2011
The firmware i have is rneg_D_R50b_R50.03
I think this is rt5. can i have rt6?
if not which is the map more recent that van i have with rt5?

Your equipment is RNEG (MyWay), latest maps for Europe are 2018-2 version just coming out.
