I just try the link to filejocker I gave above for France and it works fine. I don't see what is your problem.
Click on "free account", then "i am not a robot" and answer what is asked at each pictures, wait for the time counter to decrease, and you'll get the download link. That's all !

Link for Benelux map I gave to varianty in post #18 contains Luxembourg, Belgium and Netherlands.

Sorry for the late reply, but mayby it is still helpfull: all CD's are included with the major roads of Europe. So when you want to drive from Hungary to Italy just put the CD of Italy in your car and fill in the adress from Italy. As soon as you are on the highway in Hungary it works. So you only have to drive to the nearest highway in Hungary yourself.

Do anyone know if there will be a 2020 or 2021 map, is it worth waiting of just do the upgrade to 2016/2017 anyway ?
