This is probably causes by outdated hardware of RNEG and it simply cannnot handle that much. Might be memory issue. Unfortunatelly nothing can he helped here.

Similar to the RNEG, the BMW or Audi GPS systems have 512 MB of RAM, while the RNEG only has 256 MB.

At that time, I modified my NG4 by installing the dual memory support of a BMW GPS. In the end, performance was improved, and it was no longer the same device. However, the change must be made on professional equipment for soldering.

No RNEG was fitted on C4 2015, so these maps are not for your equipment. What message appears?

As far as I know, RNEG has only 128mb ram while RT6 has 256mb of ram?
Or am I wrong?

If the device doesn't have GPS functionality, it's impossible to add it. It's not the same hardware, and it's missing the antenna.
Switching to the same device with GPS wouldn't be a good idea; there's no longer any support, and the latest map for Turkey is from 2020.
The only solution left is a Chinese Android device.
