Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was hoping that another member who has your GPS device would have answered first. Unfortunately, your device is VERY individualistically specific. No mod can meet what you need right now because we just don't have access to what you require. Nevertheless, just know that we are always keeping your request in mind and we will continue our search with vigor.

It seems the system was disconiuned by Citroen as on their website they offer only personal support for unlisted models.
[Please Register or Login to download file] - might be worth asking them whether ther are still updates or maybe if the software can be updated.
Last "hope" would be Ebay and the replacement of the whole system with a CE in dash unit.
But again for the Xsara Picasso not the easiest task.

Update:
Found a working Link (thanks to Meisterjäger) for something called "CITROEN / PEUGEOT - Update-CD 8.20 - RT4 / RT5"

Burn with ISOBURN at 4X or use a USB stick if the device is unlocked.

No idea about the unlock or if the file is for that system, I only found it and offer the same instructions as in the original posting.

He could always use Daemon Tools Lite which creates a virtual CD drive on his computer to open up any iso. Yes, it's free.

I think it has more to do with the burning part of the disk, as he needs to put it in the GPS.
Only "unlocked" devices can use the stick.

I've had to use Daemon Tools Lite before when I had only an iso. DTL unlocks the iso to your computer and opens up the iso to show all files where you can then burn a CD. Just a suggestion.
