Maps on sd card not loading up

I am trying to get the satnav to work but it won't load up the maps after we have put the destination in. Its a 2011 citroen c3 connexion. Sd card was bought from ebay and instructions were followed. We have done the reboot and still doesn't change. Its calculating the route, but never goes any further. Can anyone help? I have added 2 pics that show the problem

I have the same problem... :-( I'm looking for information on how to fix this issue. Nothing has been upgraded, I was using it the day before, next day, just stopped working!! Any assistance will be gratefully received...

I have the same problem, no maps on mu screen since this week. GPS works and i can see the directions on my screen but no map.
How can i fix this? I have a peugeot 5008 GT 2009.

Did you try to reset the unit? Press setup, then hold 1-2-3 simultaneously until menu opens.Then, go to the settings, navigate to System Reset (Reboot) and click OK! If that didn't work, try to update maps on your card and try again.
