Yesterday I tried to unpack it and succeed but the file a bit different from you. My poor skill still need to improve.

hi to all,
i have tried using ultra edit but i can't seem to find the location of the hexes mentioned earlier. unpacking is quite ok and repacking is ok too. just the hexes is still troubling me. if anyone can help, it is mostly appreciated.
