I know why you failed to launch the program.....because you didn't mention you need to use for Argentina Maps.......
You need to keep the MfM maps header (R21_MFM_SSC.HDR) and rename it to become (R21_Q2_SSC.HDR) then replace it into your Argentina Maps, then delete inside save folder files and run again!

Here i have create maps header for you to use for Argentina Maps, please download and replace it to your Argentina maps folder and follow the step that i told you above.

Hi, I'm afraid it did not work. In fact, I tested the program before with mfm maps but it not work. I tried with X5 too and the same problem: just appears the initial screen and it close...
I really appreciate your great effort anyway, thanks!!!
