Yes I believe that is the hardware issue, I saw it your device has 64mb ...this is the reason why it won't work, this HD5600 requires 128mb ...see the spec at M3Shoppe [Please Register or Login to download file]

Tested with MTK chips with windows ce 5.0 only show splash screen with music than pop illegal operation ( [color=red]did not works[/color] )

This version cannot run for Wince 5.0.......Only for Wince 6.0!
