If you want to use Voice_EN, you can take it from other Papago, as maybe you already have it (X5 or X7)

You can change LCD brightnes by selecting (in Advanced Setting Menu) Auto Backlight "Off", then adjust (-) or (+)

Can you try directly from Your Origin Device Menu (not from X6_M3) to adjust it? How is the result? or adjust it by using other navi soft?

I see you go to windows to adjust backlight. Can you inform what is your gps? is it china generic device? I think there is original menu from yr device before you go to windows? and you should able to find "setting" menu > backlight

Can you get setting menu from the front menu? If there is then you can see backlight icon...

From windows, I can enter control panel -> Backlight Control -> Advanced Backlight Options
