Yes, can. But have to edit the path in the NaviBackLight.mscr. You can edit with ultraedit, or notepad.

Run("/SDMMC/X8/Q4033X8.5_C1.exe")
While (ProcExists("Q4033X8.5_C1.exe"))

You dont have to be sorry, your willingness to help is a big salute from me. Anyway its working great now without backlight been reset to "OFF after 1min". Just a question, can this be use for X7 too coz my X7 is having the same problem

Yes, it can.......just open the (NaviBackLight) as notepad, then edit from inside:

Run("/SDMMC/X8/Q4033X8.5_c1.exe") change to Run("/SDMMC/X7/xxx.exe")
sleep 1500
While (ProcExists("Q4033X8.5_C1.exe")) change to While (ProcExists("xxx.exe"))
sleep 1500
EndWhile
RegWriteString( "HKCU","\ControlPanel\BackLight","BatteryTimeOut","4")

Are you using X8 Maps files?

This version cannot use X8 maps files.....this must use X8.5 maps files!

Please download the X8.5 maps files and insert it to your maps folder and delete the x8 maps folder!

Then delete inside save folder files and run it again!
