You must to know your device COM and BAUD!

If you don't really know your device spec, please download this application and extract into sdcard then run test on your device!

I m newbie to GPS PND, is it must use SDMMC card to copy the MobileNavigator folder and reset the PND let it update itself? just now i just copy the MobileNavigator folder directly to my PND, and the com1 file is correct, but will force shut down.

You can install it into your device if your device got enough storage space, if not then you have to install into the sdcard or sdmmc card.
Please check you got install correct Maps files into maps folder or not!
For maps installation should be like this:

MobileNavigator\Maps\MFM-PPG-X8 110823(FOLDER)\maps files....... this is for malaysia maps!

MobileNavigator\Maps\INDONESIA85(FOLDER)\maps files........ this is for Indonesia maps!

MobileNavigator\Maps\TH_110701_M_Z_X85(FOLDER)\Maps files..........this is for Thailand maps!

Havent tried that yet, but been playing it with my Chinese PND (Wince 6, 64mb RAM) for about an hour and it works perfectly without crashing.

Edit: Just tried Route POI, it works without any problems. Total distance of routing is 358km.
