Have you tried to create "ini" file, such device.ini (depend on device, you must remember what "ini" file was in your device) and path it to SDMMC\....exe or launcher prog or with blank at least try it

Do you have a screen shot of the system information? Navigator with this kind of casing can come with many different type of main board. Flashing wrong firmware will bricked the unit.

sorry, i think you can't use the above firmware. From the system info, the main board doesn't seem to come from YF. Could be JTD board

This picture show a JTD firmware, but not YF 82C. The system information is similar with your description.

The uploaded firmware is for YF PND, most probably yours is not a YF GPS but from JTD, that is why it does not update.
