Cant not used VietNam map in papago x5

Im used papago X5SE in china PND GPS.

I dowload map from [Please Register or Login to download file]

But i can't used it. Why ? Plz help me. THank!

Hi dv_smile,
X5SE will not recognize Vietnam Map, when X5SE read the map it will find the header that is "R21_Q2_SSC.hdr" (in Vietmap), but yr X5SE seem not made for Vietmap but maybe for MFM or Navnet. If you have MFM Header " R21_MFM_SSC.hdr" or Navnet Header "R21_Navnet_SSC.hdr" you can use it to replace vietmap header, but first you must rename it to "R21_Q2_SSC.hdr" then put it in maps folder to replace the original one, then run it again. Pls check in advamce setting to see/select the map (there is map switch, you can see it will MFM or Navnet)

Papago has also X5 Vietnam, it can run Viet Map directly without changing header (original map).

How to do? I try download from the link, original and rename to MFM still can't detect the vietnam map.

you should get MFM header R21_MFM_SSC.hdr and put it to Vietmap map files (after rename it to Vietmap name ex. R21_Q2_SSC.hr)

just copy 3file from MFM to vietnam map.
-MapAniPOI_VGA.psu
-standard_VGA.mb6
-R21_MFM_prp.kuf rename to R21_Q2_prp.kuf
-R21_MFM_SSC.hdr rename to R21_Q2_SSC.hdr

But I still problem about font error.

1. copy 2 files: tahoma.ttf and tahomabd.ttf into one folder on your sd card (ex: SDMMC/Fonts). These 2 fonts can be found on any window computer.
2. Use a regedit software for wince to create one more key in registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\FontPath]
"FontPath"="\\SDMMC\\Fonts"
3. Restart and enjoy.

I sent all files you need it, just try it ... don't ask me how to do it, since I didn't try it

How can I use a lot of PapaGo map shown above?

If in main folder if there is "maps" folder (or you can reate it) put all map files inside it. What map do you use? MFM?
