Renault Carminat TomTom System

Hi,

I have a built-in Carminat TomTom system in my Renault Cabrio from 2012 and I'm moving from the EU to the US, and TomTom support answered that there are no available USA Maps for Carminat TomTom.

Has the system works with an SD card as almost every system does, I'm almost sure taht I can format it and install a USA Supported system.

I'm waiting for TomTom Support to reply, but I'm pretty sure they will not help.

Does anyone has a solution for this?
