NX501ER wont let me change time?

NX501ER wont let me change time?

The NX501ER wont let me change the time, both Clock and AM/PM fields are grey, others are yellow which are editable but grey wont let me change anything. Any idea how I can change time on NX501ER

Yeah that was the first thing I looked at but nothing about clock won’t let me edit it please see the video below I recorded
