GPS Addzest navi NVS 7455 MAP CD or FILE

Good Morning, I am Andy from Syria I had this Unit called GPS Addzest navi NVS 7455. This unit will not operate as long as there is no Navigation CD inside it.
I want to use it as TV only. any one can help me and provide me with a file I can copy it on CD and put it inside so it can function.
as I saw on the internet that there is cd called Area Explorer.
