Problem with IGo primo on sony nv u92

I installed the igo primo on device, then i made reset and now i can not connect device to computer anymore. if i connect the cable it oonly makes restarts and then after some restarts it will say "System error". Cannot install any maps:S

How did you install Primo.....did it involve any 'unlocks' or menu systems? Or any editing of any existing files on the device?
