I would treat ROM updates like BIOS updates on your PC...

ie, only update to fix a problem or recover your device and not just for the sake of it.

please upload it if you have a copy. I have the same device and its touch screen is behaving erratically and device running very slow.

when i start them display error "navigation software not found" and shutdown, I do not know who the manufacturer, need firmware.

just go to settings and in the firmware update screen select format and follow the instructions.
it will reinstall everything from ROM.
