Clarion NX501

Is there anyone who could help me with the NX501 files. Map udate gone bad and back up not working. If anyone has the original files could you please PM me. Thanks!!

I have an NX 501 also but do not have the files. My SD card was missing when I purchased the vehicle. Im hoping to get iGo

Can anybody help with a problem I have with A Clarion NX501. Everything is functioning fine except every time the ignition of the car is turned off it reverts back to the setup screen and I have to walk through the 'set language, voice, etc etc. It also doesn't save any history. I am assuming that this data is saved somewhere in a file on the SD Card and accessed during the boot up sequence. Is this right? If so, which file? If anyone has an NX501 SD Card and can send me a list of the file structure I can see if anything is missing. Thanks in advance

hi can anyone please help i have a clarion nx501er every thing works except the sat nav i downloaded the toolbox but when i sign in i get an error message,

error detected! server parameter error. authentication encryption malfunction.

its recognised my device in the top left corner but when i click on device it says validating device content please wait but its been going for hours now any help would really be appreciated thanks.
