I think you ask a lot. How is anybody here supposed to know where you are, what maps you want, what language/voices you want, etc?
If you read enough, you will find out how to piece together your 'custom' install, and how to make it work on your device.....just like everybody else has done, and continues to learn how to do. We are certainly not opposed to helping, but we cannot make custom installs for everybody!

If you download from my guide you only need to add maps and copy to the sd card, unfortunately a "one size fits all" approach isn't practical.

If people could upload the setting they have like a backup, like say on a backup page that would be the best way

I would upload my backup in the section of the forum.

There is no universal way to set up a device and to set up a navigation program.
More. Your backup could very well lead to freezes (or worse) on other devices . Therfor I would not allow it.
You really need to do something yourself. We can not do all for you.
