Sorry to report that the behavior of 1.6 seem to be identical to 1.5. I did test Primo this time and it's operation is normal, but when I exit Primo the system hangs with the Primo splash screen displayed, and "exiting, please wait... in the bottom right corner. At that point I have to power the device off to recover.

Another thing I noticed, when I exit Primo, is that there is a tiny black square in the upper left corner of the primo splash screen that is normally not there.

I'm writing a version for you that has an error log recorded, so i can tell where it's going wrong, this involves quite a bit of work so i haven't finished it yet. i will contact you via pm when it's done.

The tiny black square is related to system information, which means it's at least starting but crashing somewhere.

I am trying to run this on Transonic Transonic PNA-6000 but cant. What ewer I do the message "Installation files not found on SD/MMC" appears!

This is not an error related to universal shell, How are you starting the shell?

I tried to change Start to autorunce because Transonic has everithing on CD card. It has NAVIGON navigation software with files:
mnavdce.cab
autorunce.exe
and
Croatia.map - but the navigation dont see the map
And folders
MN6
RealityView

Resolution is 320x240

I just somehow need to put mireo navigation on that device. It would bee good to put IGo too, but mireo is the bast navigation for Croatia. Best maps!

From the specs link you supplied, I don't see any reason why you can't use iGO 8.3 on your device. All you need to start is an unlock. Sorry to butt-in. Piece of advice: make sure that you are using the correct name [path] to your SD card.

The autorunce.exe is the file that controls the installation of the software, All it does is start the .cab installations, The .cab's are not there, so you get the error message.

To run other software you should use either Universal Shell or Simple Launcher and replace the start app, It could be something like Menu.exe , Navigon.exe or MobileNavigator.exe

Rename the MobileNavigator.exe/.mscr (Or RenameMe.exe/.mscr) to match what the original .exe is called and reboot.

If you want access to the original software or Windows CE, Then use Universal Shell, But if you only want to run Mireo Navigation and don't need access to anything else then use Simple Launcher.
