You can try this... Universal Shell.

Download the latest version, Passwords: navitotal

Connect the device to your computer (You may need to download ActiveSync (XP and earlier) or WMDC (Vista and above) from Microsoft)

Locate Menu.exe in My Flash Disk and rename it to MenuX.exe

Within the Universal Shell archive is a folder named MobileNavigator

Copy all the files from this folder to My Flash Disk and rename MobileNavigator.exe to Menu.exe and also MobileNavigator.mscr to Menu.mscr, Effectively you have replaced Menu.exe

Copy the Universal Shell folder to the SD card and place into the device.

Reboot the device and a file explorer should appear, Navigate to Start.exe within the Universal Shell folder and tap OK

Follow the on screen instructions, You can configure Button One to point to MenuX.exe so you can access the original software.

Now you can install iGO and another application if you want to...

If you're talking about the device in post #1, then just create a Menu.exe in the root.

Either use a Mortscript launcher, or rename iGO's exe if you can fit it all on.
