anyone, please help, this lucca 3.3 is already unlock and i can't access internal memory or anything else, I want to update maps and........But in this situation it is impossible...if you can, look at this video, all the best

I did not do anything, was in this state when i got, any sugestion, maybe to flash firmware, but can't find on Blaupunkt site?

You may need activesync (XP and below) or Windows mobile device centre (vista and above) to access the internal memory, you can get it from the Microsoft website.

Is the device booting properly?

i already try Windows mobile device centre on win7 but no lucky, when i connecting on usb cabel everyting is ok, say your device is ready to use, but i can't access internal memory it was activesync or mass storage....any other suggestion?

I can't see the video on a phone, windows mobile device centre is still activesync, bare in mind that it won't show up as a removable drive in computer under activesync mode, it'll be pocket PC device or portable device our just other device.
