It's possible. I never saw that error message before. What is your device's proper resolution?

I have.
Your data.zip is not compatible with the driver alert icon set. This issue happened with certain iGO8.3.4 (and 5) + skin combinations. Not every skin (or skin version) had the issue.

To solve things you can try
(1) find another data.zip from another Becker build that is compatible (I don't know which one is)
(2) using another mapset (newer/older, Replace Navteq <-> TeleAtlas-TomTom)
(3) disable driver alerts (easiest).
(4) More complicated to explain:
you could take a look in data.zip (and branding.zip) in the section ui_igo8_da>icons>sys>directions.icons.
(BACK UP FIRST !!!) Use Winrar build lower than 4.20 or TotalCommander to do this.

You should find something like
diriconbig800_000.bmp
diriconbig800_001.bmp
diriconbig800_002.bmp
diriconbig800_003.bmp
diriconbig800_005.bmp
diriconbig800_006.bmp
etc...

Now if it looks like
$diriconbig800_000.bmp
$diriconbig800_001.bmp
etc...
(notice the $?) delete all $ in the names.

OR

delete all diriconbig**.bmp files.

IMPORTANT : I can not guarantee which of these solutions, if any, will work as expected on a Becker device. These are typical iGO solutions.
So again: BACK UP before you do anything !!

Hi friends...Becker Z101 has the resolution of 480x272 pixels
The maps that im using are: (in \content\map)
Portugal_83_NQ_2012.Q4_130313_(SP).fsp
Portugal_83_NQ_2012.Q4_130313_(DA).fda
Portugal_83_NQ_2012.Q4_130313_(AP).fpa
Portugal_83_NQ_2012.Q4_130313.fbl

When that "failed to open file: diriconbig800_000.bmp" happened i searched over the internet and found this:
http://www.navitotal.com/archive/index.php/t-6856.html

I have done what the friend nabi explained there and saved then when i turned on the device another error message has happened:
[Please Register or Login to download file]

I were arround the device again for 2 hours trying to solve this and i had even put another new data.zip to replace the one that i have changed but no luck...the problem continue...

The only solution i had was formating the device and put another fresh new iGO8_8.3.5.231128

Im gonna now put all the stuff back (map, voices, POI, etc) that i had and see...then i post here again

Once more...thank you guys for your precious help ;)
