Which maps for R-Link 1 (Renault navigation)

I would like to know which type of maps should I download for the Renault`s navigation called R-Link 1? Will it ever work?

Simple for Live you have to buy a new map it is not possible to use free maps.

The last update for Renault R-Link TomTom LIVE is in JUNE 2018 (v1011) !!!
TomTom updates maps every 4 months !!! There have already been 6 new updates ... (last is v1040 in November 2019)

So, wouldn't there be a method to update either since the manufacturer no longer want to do it ?

There is R-Link Explorer software to access the contents of the SD card, but how do I do that ?

I try it but i have a corrupt SD card after ...
