Hi, I'm quite new to the forum and I'm in need of your help if possible: I've a new megane that came with the newest tomtom carminat live, local country map and navcore 9.844.
As far as it seems, so far there is no chance to patch the ttsystem or pndnavigator of navcore 9.844 to install new maps as they're not recognized by the device.
I was wondering whether it'd be possible to install an earlier version of the navcore in order to do that or if the "downgrade" is not allowed.
If so, any chance to be able to unlock the device in the future please?

Hello users of a tomtom carminat live,
I'm propelled by a Renault Megane with built-in tomtom carminat live system.
I would like to know if someone already has a clear description to a new card to get working via SD card.
After all many stories posted by having read it, it's still not entirely clear how to do this.

It is clear if you check the infothreads about Carminat Live.
To make it simple:
You have to buy the maps.
Once that changes you will see the results posted.
So need for further requests on the Carminat topic.
