Renault Carminat TomTom

Hello everybody. Recently we've bought a Grand Scenic 3 and it has come with a Carminat 8.842 so it's NOT LIVE. As I was reading the forum I saw that people who has Carminat Live cannot install maps, upgrade navcore etc. I've seen that you can install patched maps in Carminat 8.842, but what about upgrading navcore to something like 9.10, is there a way to upgrade it and to install newer maps? Thank you

I think it`s not possible because v 8.842 is the latest version for your Carminat. FW 9.10 and onwards are for LIVE version.

So, with NavCore 8.842 you can download and install the latest map. Just make sure to use the map which corresponds to your NavCore. See the Europe map I uploaded with Zippyshare in the 955 map collection topic.

Is anyone know a solution to activate 960.7055 ( without meta correspodant file) ?
eg : "France_960.7055" map does not have file: "France-100565.meta"

Three options:
- Try all possible meta code combinations
- Pray really hard
- use the Europe map for which a meta code is available.
