new car - can I update the maps

I got a new (used) car

It has navcore 9.845

Can I download maps (without paying) to update my system? (from searching this site seems it is not possible?)
If yes, please direct me to how...

Sorry but you have to buy new maps, no illegal updates possible on the newer Navcores.
